Cancellation Policy
The cost of the trip is $525 per person. A 50% deposit is required to be paid by April 18, 2025. The deposit is refundable before May 16th minus a $100 fee. The balance is due by June 6th, at which point the trip is non-refundable except in the case of cancellation by River Metimbers. Please note that the reservation will only be considered complete upon receipt of the deposit and waiver form. Trip is rain or shine but may be rescheduled due to low or unsafe water or weather conditions. If the trip is cancelled at the discretion of River Metimbers before it begins, the full cost of the trip will be refunded.
