Canoe paddles are more than just tools for moving through water. They are an extension of the paddler, a piece of craftsmanship that connects the user to nature and tradition. Carving a canoe paddle by hand is a skill that requires patience, precision, and a deep respect for the wood. Each paddle starts as a raw piece of wood, carefully selected for its strength, flexibility, and grain pattern. I prefer hardwoods like ash, cherry, or maple because they offer durability and a beautiful finish. Walnut and sapele provide stunning accents. Take a look and see if you'd like one of these in your hands for your next trip.

For sale - $225 each

  • Laser engraving available for additional cost.

  • Shipping extra, local meetup preferred (Topsham, Maine)

All paddles are finished with an oil varnish that gives them a matte finish and a silky feel. Must be touched to be fully appreciated.

Let me know if you don’t see what you want and I can make a custom paddle for you.
